"Being new here sure is easy, huh Layla?" Aspen asked her English Springer Spaniel that was walking along side her. She was rolling her suitcase along the floor, with her free hand holding Layla's matching black leash. She walked down the dorms on the 2nd floor as she looked for her own. She was informed that she has a roommate as well. She wondered what her roommate was like. As she saw the room marked. 'A06', she stopped and opened the dorm with the dorm keys that she was given. As she opened the door, the room was pretty neat and well done. She opened the door wider for Layla to come in and get use to the new scenary. The 3 month old pup dashed in right away and started to explore the new room. She laughed to herself as she shut the door behind her. She looked at the two beds. She just wished she can meet her roommate was here so she would know which one is her bed. She didn't think of that right now, she started to unpack her clothes on her side of the closet as Layla jumped on one of the beds and layed down. Aspen walked over to the window and pulled the blinds up, and looked out of the window. She then thought to herself. 'Will this be home?'

Autumn grinned down at the small Dachshund as he bounded all over, tugging against his lime green leash that she had bought especially for him. She thought the black spotted grey dog looked exceptionally cute in his brightly colored bling. The pretty girl's blue eyes stayed on him, a grin plastered on her lips. Smiling was important! You never knew someone would fall in love with your smile. Though she hoped it would be sooner rather than later. Maybe it'd happen with that drop dead gorgeous boy at the beach. Oh, he was so good looking! She didn't know his name, but he had looked at her! Their eyes had connected. They had connected. It was meant to be! Being so lost in thought, she didn't realize how quickly she'd gotten to her door. She reached in her purse, searching for the key. Even though she'd only taken Prince out for a walk, it was important to look adorable in one of her favorite aqua colored summer dresses. She let herself in and noticed a brunette girl unpacking clothes. Prince let out a small bark as he noticed an intruder, pulling against the leash to meet his new friend. She bent down, unhooking his leash and ruffling the fur on his head before he dashed off in excitement to meet the dog on the bed. Autumn shut the door behind her and went to her bed, sitting on the edge and looking up at the pretty girl. " Hi! You must be my new roommate! I'm Autumn! And that's Prince," she said cheerily, pointing towards the Dachshund who was sniffing the new puppy.
